1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product images, and reason for return
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side

5. Replacement Policy

  • Damaged items

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
